Robert J Cowan

Robert J. Cowan was born August 20, 1943 in Port Huron. He died aboard the US Submarine Scorpion on or about June 5, 1968 when the nuclear submarine was lost at sea with a crew of 99 near the Azores while returning from duty with the Sixth Fleet in the Mediterranean. He was a Machinist Mate First Class in the United States Navy.
