Ann Marie DeBell, age 83, of Port Huron, passed away peacefully at her home on July 15, 2026.

Born on July 12, 1943, in Croswell, Michigan, she was the beloved daughter of the late Eldwin and Marie VanConant.

On December 1, 1962, Ann married the love of her life, William A. DeBell theyshared nearly 60 years together before his passing on June 24, 2022.

Ann was an avid golfer who cherished the many friendships she made through her golf leagues. She was also a devoted sports fan, especially when it came to Detroit sports teams. She loved following the games, discussing statistics, and sharing her passion for sports with family and friends. To those who knew and loved her best, she was affectionately known as "Sarge," a nickname that perfectly reflected her spirited personality.

Above all, Ann treasured her family. She leaves behind her loving children, Debbie (Rick) Straub, Denise (Ron) McWhorter, Dana (Kerry) Adams, and Bill (Brandi) DeBell. She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Jamie (Katey), Trenton, Andrew (Dani), Samantha, Zachary, Cloe (Chase), Elizabeth (Justin), Darian, Blain, Hope (Ethan), and Danica. She was also blessed with ten cherished great-grandchildren: Damian, Kevin, Maddie, Ryan, Ayden, Bowan, Kenley, Silas, Lorelai, and Marlie.
